Use One PIN Code Across Multiple AUSLOCK Locks

Most smart locks store PIN codes per lock. That means a PIN created on one lock won’t automatically apply to another lock unless you add it there too.

Recommended approach (secure + simple)

  • Create a Master PIN for the owner/manager.
  • Create separate PINs for staff/cleaners so you can revoke access without affecting everyone.

Step-by-step: Set the same PIN on multiple locks

  1. Open the AUSLOCK App and select Lock A.
  2. Go to PasscodesAdd Passcode.
  3. Create your desired PIN and save.
  4. Now select Lock B and repeat using the same PIN.

Important security note

  • Don’t share your Master PIN widely.
  • Use individual codes for staff so you can remove one person without changing others.
