The Administrator Passcode is the master code used to configure and manage your lock.
Where to find it (most common scenarios)
- During initial setup: It may appear in the app as you add the lock.
- Inside the lock packaging/manual: Some systems include it on a card/label.
- In the app lock details: Admin users may view it under lock information/security settings.
If the lock was factory reset
After a reset, admin credentials can change. You may need to re-add the lock in the AUSLOCK App and set new admin credentials.
Can’t locate it?
- Confirm you are the admin account (not an eKey/guest user).
- Check any setup emails/notes from installation.
- Contact AUSLOCK Support with proof of purchase and your lock details.
