How to Fix a Loose AUSLOCK Handle (Stops Wobble & Slippage)

A loose handle is usually a fast fix — tighten + secure it properly.

What you’ll need

• Correct screwdriver/Allen key (model dependent)
• Optional: medium-strength threadlocker (recommended)

Fix steps

1. Open the door (work with the door open).
2. Locate the handle set screws / mounting screws.
3. Tighten firmly (don’t overtighten).
4. For recurring loosening: apply a small amount of threadlocker and re-tighten.
5. Test the handle action 10 times.

Tip: If the handle still slips, it may be mounted slightly off or the spindle alignment needs adjustment.
