Most doors have “handing”
Door handing depends on hinge side and swing direction. Many handle styles can be configured to suit either left or right-hand installation.
How to identify handing
- Stand outside facing the door.
- If hinges are on the left → left-hand (common naming varies).
- Confirm whether it swings inward or outward.
