Change AUSLOCK Entry Codes Remotely (When You’re Not Home)

Yes — you can usually add/edit/delete codes remotely, but your lock must have remote connectivity (typically via a Wi-Fi Gateway/Bridge).


What you need

  • A paired Wi-Fi Gateway/Bridge linked to the lock
  • Gateway connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
  • Lock is online and in range of the gateway

Step-by-step: Edit a code remotely

  1. Open the AUSLOCK App and select the lock.
  2. Go to Passcodes.
  3. Select the code → tap Edit (or delete and recreate).
  4. Save and wait for the app to confirm it has synced to the lock.

If remote changes won’t sync

  • Check gateway status (online/connected).
  • Restart gateway (power off 10 seconds, power on).
  • Move gateway closer to the lock.
