AUSLOCK Not Unlocking? (Battery, Lockout, Alignment & App Fixes)

Fix AUSLOCK not unlocking (in order)

1. Replace batteries (fresh full set).
2. Check lockout (too many wrong attempts = temporary disable).
3. Test with door open (does latch retract smoothly?).
4. If it works open but not closed: strike plate alignment is the issue.
5. Refresh the app and confirm you’re using the correct admin/user permissions.

If it still won’t unlock

• Send a short video of the keypad + latch behaviour.
• Include door edge photo (strike plate + latch area).
