AUSLOCK Not Unlocking (Second Checklist: Code Accepted but No Action)

If the lock accepts the code but doesn’t unlock

  • You may have low battery torque
  • Door binding can prevent the mechanism moving
  • Calibration/handing may be incorrect (model dependent)

Fix steps

  1. Replace batteries (brand-name, full set).
  2. Test with door open (10 cycles).
  3. Adjust strike plate if closed-door unlock fails.
  4. Re-run any calibration/handing settings (if available).
