AUSLOCK + RemoteLock: TTLock Integration Setup
RemoteLock is an access management platform used for managing multiple properties and users. This guide shows how to connect the TTLock ecosystem (used by the AUSLOCK App) to RemoteLock and confirm remote actions work reliably.

TTLock Integration (RemoteLock Support)
What you’ll achieve
- Centralised management for multiple doors/units
- Remote lock/unlock and user access control (depending on lock + configuration)
- Cleaner operations across a portfolio
Before you start (checklist)
- AUSLOCK App: Locks are added as Admin and work locally (Bluetooth).
- Remote Unlock: Enabled in the AUSLOCK App (required for many remote workflows).
- Gateway/Hub: Recommended for reliable off-site control and syncing.
- Time & timezone: Confirm lock time/timezone are correct (prevents schedule issues).
Gateway / Remote Access (recommended)
Remote actions typically require the lock to be connected to a Wi-Fi Gateway/Hub. Without a gateway, locks may only update reliably when you are near them (Bluetooth range).
- Wi-Fi: Ensure you have 2.4GHz Wi-Fi available.
- Placement: Plug the gateway in close to the lock (same room is best).
- Add gateway: AUSLOCK App → Gateway → + → select gateway type → power it on.
- Pair: Tap Add → choose your 2.4GHz SSID → enter password → name the gateway.
- Bind lock: Link/bind the lock to the gateway inside gateway/lock settings.
- Enable Remote Unlock: Lock → Settings → Remote Unlock → turn ON.
- Test: Turn Bluetooth OFF (or step away), use mobile data, then test remote unlock in the AUSLOCK App.
Connect TTLock ecosystem to RemoteLock
- Log in to RemoteLock and open the integrations/partners area.
- Select TTLock as the integration provider.
- Authorize the connection using the admin account that owns your locks.
- Import/sync locks and confirm they appear in RemoteLock.
- Assign locks to the correct sites/units and configure access rules.
Testing checklist (do this before going live)
- Test lock/unlock from RemoteLock.
- Confirm the lock state updates correctly after actions.
- Test one user access assignment and confirm it works at the door.
Troubleshooting (fast fixes)
- Locks not importing: confirm you authorized the correct admin account (the one that owns the locks).
- Remote actions failing: confirm gateway is online and the lock is bound to the gateway.
- Delayed updates: move the gateway closer, confirm 2.4GHz Wi-Fi strength, and reduce network interference.
- Timing/schedule issues: fix lock time + timezone first.
