How to Factory Reset AUSLOCK (Default Settings + Re-Add to App)

Important: Factory reset removes configuration

• Deletes users, codes, and settings on that lock
• Requires re-adding the lock to the admin account

Before resetting

• Keep the door open
• Make sure you still have admin access method (or emergency key where applicable)

Reset steps (general)

1. Open AUSLOCK App and remove the lock from your account if required (model dependent).
2. Use the lock’s reset method (button/pin-hole/menu) per your model’s instructions.
3. After reset, re-add the lock in AUSLOCK App as admin.
4. Recreate users/codes and test.

Tip: If you’re unsure of your model’s reset method, contact support with a photo of the inside panel.
